To begin getting home care services from PMSi Health Care Service, just call one of the admissions and information numbers listed below and speak with a nurse. We will contact your physician for authorization of services, verify insurance coverage and arrange for the first home visit. Our staff will work with you, your family members and other health care providers to develop a personalized, comprehensive care plan just for you.

When it comes to your health, you want the very best.
Many PMSI Health Care services are covered by Medicare, private insurance, managed care or Medicaid. Patients may also privately pay for health care services. The Hospice program, which provides hospice and palliative care for adults and children, is certified under the Medicare Hospice Benefit.
